Contrary to out-dated
dental-disinformation,
Teeth are alive!
They are living matrices.
They are not ‘dead’ like rock.
They are ‘alive’ like coral reefs.

Teeth, like bones, are living organs - constantly breaking down and replacing cells. New dentin and enamel is constantly being generated!

We’ve been misled by years of misinformation.
It’s critical that you learn more about how teeth really work.

What are teeth made of?
Teeth are hard tissues (enamel, dentin and cementum) and soft pulp.
Enamel is an outer protective layer (made before teeth come through the gum).
Minerals (like calcium) move into hard tissues to make them even harder.

Why Do Teeth Turn Yellow?
Teeth dis-color due to stains and erosion of the outer layer of enamel.
Internal dentin is yellow, so when enamel is thin the dentin shows through.
Thin enamel makes teeth sensitive by exposing nerves in the tooth (via tubules).

Enamel erosion is the main reason teeth change color.
Enamel loss can be prevented and even reversed.

How do Teeth Get Stained
Darkly colored drinks (like coffee, tea and red wine) stain teeth.
This can be prevented by quickly swishing them off your teeth with water.
Reducing the “Time on Tooth” has a massive impact with sugar too.

But what Can I do?
Accumulated stains can be naturally removed.
Enamel erosion can be controlled and recovered.
Teeth can be whitened and remineralized.
You can take charge of having beautiful natural teeth.

"Maverick" researchers investigating tooth decay observed that the body is equipped with defence mechanisms to preserve health. Why would the teeth not have an inbuilt mechanism of self-defence as well?

3 Ways to Whiten Teeth
3 Ways to Whiten Teeth
#1 Chemical Bleaches
- Bleaches lift stains with chemical reactions.
- Enamel is left soft and sensitive for at least a week.
- Some people experience permanent hypersensitivity.
- Bleaching increases the risk of tooth fractures.
- Higher concentrations work quicker but do more damage.
- Just like hair, teeth get brittle after lots of peroxide rinses.
- Even natural bleaches, like lemon, strip away enamel.
- Chemical bleaching is an unnecessary and toxic short-term fix.
#2 Abrasive Powders
- Abrasive powders scrub away surface stains but some can be destructive.
- Avoid hydrated silica (diatomaceous earth), it’s rough and scratches enamel.
-
Roughness is measured on a scale called ‘Relative Dental Abrasivity’ (RDA).
- Cleaning ability is measured by ‘Pellicle Cleaning Ratio’ (PCR).
- Together the scales create a ‘Cleaning Efficiency Index' (CEI).
- The best is low-RDA and high-PCR making them gentle and effective.
- How you use your brush is also important; conscious cleaning is critical!
#3 Assist Your Biology
- You can support NATURAL enamel mineralization processes.
- Manage bacteria and nutrition to RECOVER color and strength.
- With the right nutrition and bacterial management you take control.
- Getting to grips with unwanted bacteria eliminates bad breath.
- Mineralizing also reduces sensitivity to hot, cold or sweet foods.
- You can master your mouth and naturally recover whiteness.
Quote from Katie's rather startled dentist: “I’ve read about cavity reversals or healing in textbooks, but I’ve never actually seen it happen in a patient.”

Can teeth really remineralize and make new enamel?
There is much controversy surrounding the ability of our teeth to grow this precious white coating!
Dental trailblazers studied the remarkable health of teeth in African tribes without toothpaste or dentistry.
They had virtually no tooth decay.
Researchers believe diets lacking nutrition and high in processed food are responsible for demineralized teeth and bone.
Tooth decay and enamel erosion can be repaired when we are well nourished.
Scientists can use stem cells to stimulate new enamel growth inside teeth. They also found the enamel genes but “doubt” we can turn on enamel production “naturally”.
Could it be that they’re “doubtful” because learning to self-regulate our own biology and harness the mind-body connection isn’t as profitable?
Humans are waking up to the immense power we have to drive our own biological destiny.
Brave pioneers abandoned limiting beliefs and dental myths to discover immense healing power.
The body is an intelligent self-repairing organism, provide the right environment and it will perform magic.
We’re living under the shadow of an outdated medical model telling us what the body is capable of.
Push the boundaries for yourself to see what’s possible.
